Guti\u00e9rrez is an associate professor of management at Loyola Marymount University who has been recognized as one of the \"World\u2019s Best 40 Under 40 Business School Professors\" by Poets&Quants. Her research explores the impact of imposter syndrome, the importance of negotiations and inclusive workplace policies for recruitment and retention, and women and ethnic minority representation in business leadership. Her work has been featured in Inc.
